We found this hammock stand to work well so long as you have a small, cooperative puppy. Zoey in the picture is a pretty gentle little girl and it takes a lot to get her wound up. She went into the hammock openings just fine and allowed her owner to work on her claws and clean up /brush the hair on her legs and feet. While she was in there, it seemed like a good time to clean the ears too. It worked well and kept her restrained without having to string her up in a harness.You see in my 1st picture what comes in the box. It went together easily and, although there were some sharp edges on the ends of the tubes, they all went into plastic connectors as the assembly continued. Once it went together there were no sharp edges left unprotected. I didn't find the assembled stand to be flimsy, just pretty lightweight where you would want to make sure you were not trying to put a dog into the hammock who was too large for the stand. Zoey weighs in at 12lbs which, in my opinion, is as large a pup as should be placed in the hammock stand. If you have a demon dog who is born to run and squirm around, this set-up wouldn't be well-suited for you.For the price, I felt it was an ok little work area that folds up nicely to be store away until next time. The the reasons listed, I feel you'd do well to give this one consideration as you do your shopping and research.

This dog grooming hammock is great as it’s intended to make brushing teeth, cleaning ears and nail trims easier. It was simple to put together (maybe 2 minutes) and I found it sturdy enough for my two little ones.Took away a star because my dogs would not stay in, even after trying the straps. Good value if your dog can tolerate it.

I ordered this to help aid during the puppies grooming she really doesn't like taking a bath and wants to jump out any chance she can. With this i can wash her with a little less stress. Comes with straps to keep her in and she doesn't fall out. Easy to assemble. Has different holes to kerp dogs in place comfortablely depending on the size for small to medium size dogs. Silicone gloves were added in the page to help with wash for a good scrubbing they are pretty big. Good size and easy to use so there's less mess during bath time.
