How we source and fulfil your order

We use a supplier-direct (dropshipping) model. We do not manufacture these products or hold or own the stock offered on this website in advance of your order. When you order, we source the product through CJdropshipping, our fulfilment supplier, which arranges dispatch directly from China to your delivery address.

Tuck & Tub remains your point of contact for payment, tracking, customer support, cancellations, delivery problems and refunds. Your purchase contract is with WADI AL NAHTHA GENERAL CONTRACTING - L.L.C - S.P.C, trading as Tuck & Tub. Using a fulfilment supplier does not reduce our responsibilities or your consumer rights.
